Our product's materials are biodegradable or compostable meeting the highest environmental standards, thus we minimize our environmental impact whilst still delivering high quality products. 

Fabrics
• 100% COMBED ORGANIC COTTON - GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified. Our shirts are made of high quality cotton grown without the use of herbicides or pesticides.

• 100% RECYCLED COTTON obtained from the cutting tables and dead stock from other clothing factories, minimizing energy costs and removing chemical and water usage.

• 100% Polyester made from Recycled PET Bottles.

• Our fabric labels are made of 100% Cotton. 

Inks
• We use WATER BASED INKS for our designs removing the pollution from oil and plastic based inks.

Packaging 
• Our Hang Tags, Stickers and all our documents are 100% Compostable and use Certified Environmental Materials.

• Our shipping bags and mailers are 100% Biodegradable & Compostable sourced from certified environmental companies.

ORDERS

Once an order is placed, the order cannot be altered or canceled. Merchandise availability is subject to change. In the event that an order is placed and the item is out of stock, we will automatically refund your original payment method and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.


SHIPPING

We ship from México and the USA. Domestic and International orders are sent via USPS in the US and Correos de México and Tres Guerras in México. Please allow 5-7 business days to process and ship orders. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. We do not offer signature confirmation and we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

Due to the Pandemic, our shipping times are being delayed depending on your location. If you are located in Mexico, you can expect your order to arrive in 5-8 days. If you are located elsewhere your order will take 2-3 weeks time. We appreciate your patience during these crazy times and we will continue to ship within the US after the Pandemic.

RETURNS

Please return items in new condition within 10 business days of the original shipment along with a copy of the order confirmation email received at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees of the original purchase are not eligible for refunds and the customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns. We do not offer exchanges. If you want the item you purchased in a different size or color, you will need to place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.


REFUNDS

Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase once the item has been received and new condition verified within 2-3 business days of receiving the return.
